From the Director Syracuse University is a private, educational institution located in central New York overlooking the city of Syracuse. Due to the University's academic excellence, athletics reputation, size and centralized location, our office is frequently contacted by eastern regional organizations, local businesses and youth groups to host a variety of events ranging from short term conferences to athletic competitions. We are happy to assist organizations having an educational focus and University sponsorship with their conference needs. University departments who wish to use facilities and services on campus discover that the Conference Services Office acts as a one stop shop for arranging, confirming, and facilitating many services offered on campus. Whether it's securing a room for a lecture, venue for a sporting event, residence hall and dining facilities for academic programs, The Conference Services Office is proud to act as liaison between the service providers and the sponsoring departments. In turn, this allows the program staff more time to focus on specific program needs in support of their department mission.
